Peach Delight

Ingredients:
Crust- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter, soft
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 8-oz cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 8-oz container of whipped topping
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons peach gelatin
- 1 cup water
Directions:
CRUST: Mix crust ingredients – spread thinly in 9×13 oven dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
FILLING: Mix filling ingredients and spread over cooled crust.
GLAZE: Combine glaze ingredients. Cook until mixture is thickened and clear. Arrange 4 cups of fresh peaches over the filling (Recommended July Prince or Loring peach, somewhat tart). Top pie with glaze. Serve chilled.
